LIMINGTON, MAINE

Instructions to voters: Place a cross (X) or a check ( ) in a square to the left of the question for which you desire to vote.  A mark in the YES box means you are in favor, a mark in the NO box means you are opposed.  Read all questions and then vote.  Do not erase on this ballot.  If you make a mistake you may ask for a new ballot.

                      which the CEO has the authority to issue a

                      least equal to those setbacks required in
