Thank you for contacting me regarding your application to Rural Development and your interest in developing affordable rental housing in Limington. As you know, there is very little rental housing available in Limington, and none that provides rental assistance to eligible residents. There are many families living in Limington earning between $16,600 and $23,700 and less who would benefit from such opportunity. The site you have selected on Route 25 is very suitable for such housing as it is close to the post office, market, town hall, playground and the elementary school
