    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Discussion was had regarding York Cumberland Housing's proposal to construct both an elderly housing and a low income housing project.

    Brad Brown was in to discuss Fire/Rescue Department.

    Discussion regarding desire/need for special town meeting to rectify Planning Board budget deduction of $600 for Saco River Corridor Commission and Public Access Facility contribution.

    Issued PO's for Fire Dept.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
