    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Bruce Ballingall was in to discuss Youth League matters.

    Jackie Harriman was in to drop off Youth League billings.

    Discussion was had with Freeman Abbott re definition of what qualifies as a subdivision.

    Bob Demos was in representing Tara Cotta Food Coop and to discuss use of Community Center for drop offs.

    Issued GA PO's.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
