Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.
This meeting was videotaped by Dick Jarrett.
Mr. Blanchard was in again to discuss the issue of date expiration on his building permit. It was explained to Mr. Blanchard that the expiration date appears on the Building Permit itself and not on the application form submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Ralph Libby was in to get P.O.s for Fire Dept.
Bee Jones was in to discuss parking signs currently in place in the parking lot.
Joe Colby was in to inquire about his Boy Scout troop using the Community Center for their meetings. Joe's troop was given Wednesday evening time slots.
The Board voted to discontinue the practice of having a member of the general public videotape the Selectmen's weekly meetings, effective October 6, 2000. The Selectmen have received numerous negative complaints and concerns from the general public regarding these unofficial videotapes, including concerns surrounding editing of these tapes.
Mail was reviewed.
Weekly warrant was completed.
No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
