Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Dick Jarrett came in to unofficially videotape the meeting. Dick was informed that the Town would now be officially videotaping, the Board's meetings and that no other person would be allowed to videotape meetings which were being officially videotaped. The official tapes will be supplied to Community Television for broadcasting purposes.

    Bill Pike dropped off rescue unit materials.

    At 7:00 pm the public portion of the meeting was closed and the Board went into executive session . The executive session continued until 8:15 and the meeting was not reopened to the public.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:15 p.m.
