Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Brief discussion was had with the Code Enforcement Officer regarding a polluted well on Hanscom School Road.

    Representative from TOPS was in to briefly discuss the fall/winter payment schedule for use of the Community Center building.

    EMS Chief Sandy Lawnsby was in to pick up seminar checks and briefly discuss EMS. The 2000 expenses were briefly reviewed with Lawnsby and the remaining four new radios were delivered for distribution. A per diem paramedic has been interviewed and an offer will be extended.

    Meeting was officially videotaped by the Town. At approximately 7:50 pm Dick Jarrett came in to inquire about using the Town's video equipment in order to tape the Planning Board meeting,

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
