Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:3 )0 pm.

    Meeting was officially videotaped.

    Two students came in looking for Plan Books relating to a project they were working on. Surveys were reviewed.

    Property owners were in to obtain tree growth information and penalty figures.

    EMS Chief Sandy Lawnsby and Assist. Chief Steve Thistlewood were in with the EMS budget for 2001.

    Jackie Harrington was in to drop off Youth League billings and to obtain account printout to date in preparation of 2001 budget submission.

    At approximately 7:50 pm Dick Jarrett came in to inquire about using the Town's video equipment in order to tape the Planning Board meeting.

    At approximately 7:52 the public portion of the meeting was adjourned and the Board went into executive session with EMS Chief Lawnsby and Assist. Chief Thistlewood regarding EMS personnel issues.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:20 p.m.
