Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Meeting was not videotaped because video equipment was required for Planning Board meeting.

    Priscilla Tucker dropped off Planning Board member attendance information for 2000.

    Real estate taxpayers were in to make arrangements for payment of delinquent taxes.

    Westbrook Animal Refuges contract for 2001 was reviewed and rate increase due to Census 2000 was briefly discussed.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
