Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Dick Jarrett and Dave Smith came in to discuss using the Municipal Complex for a meet the candidates evening to be scheduled for 7:00 pm, February 15, 2001.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
