Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Meeting was not videotaped. Camera equipment was needed for public hearing.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    Planning Board Chairman Wendy Walker came in to discuss the pending zoning ordinance amendments for the March ballot. The Selectmen advised Ms. Walker that the section regarding mineral extraction was not acceptable as written due to some technical deficiencies with the proposed language. The decision was made not to include the mineral extraction proposed amendment on the ballot in March. This decision was announced to the public at the beginning of the Selectmen's public hearing on the zoning ordinance amendments.

    Freeman Abbott was in to also discuss the proposed zoning ordinance amendments.

    The Selectmen adjourned their meeting at 7:00 pm to conduct a public hearing on the zoning ordinance amendments. The public hearing adjourned at approximately 8:20 pm and the Selectmen's meeting was not reopened.
