Herbert Ramsdell, and Kathy Maddocks were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    This meeting was videotaped by Dave Smith.

    Dick Jarrett came in to request copy of correspondence addressed to Planning Board Chairman. This material will be provided within the normal 7-day period. Dick also requested copies of Selectmen meetings minutes.

    Gail Gantick was in to give a status report on her work to date.

    Darlene Harvey from Rescue Department phoned with some questions concerning billing issues reported to her from a patient. These questions will be followed up with billing agency. Any patient concerns regarding billing issues need to be addressed directly to the Selectmen not rescue department personnel because rescue personnel are not involved with the billing process currently in place and are not in a position to provide billing information.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
