Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    This meeting was videotaped by Dave Smith.

    Dick Jarrett came in to request copy of correspondence addressed to Planning Board Chairman. This material had been passed on to the Planning Board and will need to be provided directly to Dick from that Board.

    Mrs. Rose came in to briefly discuss transfer station operation. She will set up an appointment to present some ideas.

    Dennis Doughty was in to set up time for an informational only meeting to be conducted by Jean Nakell regarding the proposed multi-family housing project being considered by York Cumberland Housing.

    Dennis also briefly discussed the Town's property at Moy-Mo-Da-Yo and the recently acquired property adjacent to the girls camp site.

    The Rescue Chief and Assistant Rescue Chief and Fire Chief met in executive session with the Selectmen.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned 8: 00 pm.
