Herbert Ramsdell, Kathy Maddocks and Barry Gammon were in attendance.

    Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

    Meeting was not videotaped due to problems with the video camera. Dick Jarrett came in at approximately 6:50 pm to get the video equipment for use at the Planning Board meeting. Dick was able to determine that the mechanical problem had been caused by the video tape and not by the camera equipment.

    Vincent Kane came in to discuss property on Hanscom School Road and concerns regarding the possible use of that property. Mr. Kane was advised to bring his concerns to the CEO for clarification.

    Steve Kelly brought the Library's article request in for inclusion in the town meeting warrant.

    Draft warrant articles were reviewed in preparation for FAC meeting on January 13, 2001.

    Nancy Bozenhard was in to discuss the status of her proposed article. Nancy was advised that she needed to include written approval from an officer of the Historical Society and she was encouraged to be present, along with someone else from the Historical Society, at the FAC meeting on January 13 in order to answer any questions which may arise.

    Mail was reviewed.

    Weekly warrant was completed.

    No further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:00 p.m.
